Klaus Kinski – Klaus Kinski reads Oscar Wilde

The German-language CDs feature actor Klaus Kinski reading from the works of Oscar Wilde. The spoken word CDs come in the German language only, but nevertheless are a must for each Kinski fan.

Ann Rachlin - Ann's Treasury of Tales

This recording contains unusual stories. Two combine music and water. The exhilarating story of The Freedom Flag  is set to Smetana's Moldau River. Ondine the Water Nymph is de la Motte Fouqué's famous tale set to Ravel's descriptive ‘Ondine’. Oscar Wilde's moving short story of The Nightingale and the Rose shows Ann Rachlin's sensitive talent for setting great literature to great music at its best,  © 1983 Fun with Music Ltd.

The Nightingale and the Rose (Express Primary Readers Stage 3)

The Nightingale and the Rose is a stage 3 reader from the Express Primary Readers series for elementary school students. Publisher: Express Publishing :  ISBN: 1843254913 :  Target: Children (Elementary) :  Length: 30:53 mins.

The Nightingale and the Rose (Express Primary Readers Stage 3)

The Express Primary Readers series presents a collection of original stories and adapted classics, all of which have something more to teach than just the language. The series is divided into three developmental stages. The stories at Stage 1 (for students aged 6 to 8) and Stage 2 (for students aged 7 to 9) are written in rhyming verse, making them fun for young students to read and learn, as well as easy to remember. Some of the stories at Stage 3 (for students aged 9 and 10) are also written in rhyming verse, but some are written in prose, reflecting the higher developmental level of this age group. Each book is accompanied by an audio CD that contains fully-dramatized recordings of the story both with and without pauses. These are accompanied by appropriate background music that helps to set the scene. Recordings of the original songs presented in the book are also included.
