We owe to Robert Sherard the information that in the Café Royal in the early 1880s,
Oscar Wilde and James Whistler used to drink the Bordeaux wine Château Mille Secousses. 

While wine of that vintage cannot now be served, wine from the same vineyard can be,
and we are pleased to offer a sampling of the vintage 2005 Classique.
