Moorings

Welcome to the second issue of Moorings: A Bulletin of All Things George Moore.

This issue offers the following –

a review of The Collected Short Stories of George Moore: Gender and Genre (2007) edited by Ann Heilmann and Mark Llewellyn from Dr Mary Pierse, University College Cork
a report on the BAVS 2007 panel on Moore
a bibliography of Moore's works - by date and by genre
an article-in-progress on literary consumption and Moore's Confessions.

The last of these is, I'm afraid, password protected to ensure copyright over my work, but anyone is welcome to email me for sight of the paper.

Issue 3 will contain an update from Ann Heilmann and myself on the Third International George Moore Conference to be held in Hull in September 2008 (see call for papers in Issue 1 for details). In the meantime, please send any information you would like posted on this site or ideas for future items for inclusion in Moorings to m.e.llewellyn@liverpool.ac.uk
